ITINERARY

(All Sessions are Optional)
July 30 – Camp begins 11am in Robbinsville
Bike – Instructional social bike ride around Santeetlah Lake shaking out the legs and learning different technical aspects, finishing with a harmless KOM climb
Run – Instructional run starting with a series of run drills followed by a track workout

July 31 – Friday
Swim
– Coached pool swim in a 25 meter outdoor pool
Bike – A 56 mile ride where you can really open it up on a long steady climb where you can do phenomenal tempo work
Run – Easy run to your liking largely on gravel roads

August 1 – Saturday
Multisport training day – You get to build your own ultimate triathlon

August 2 – Camp concludes at 2pm
Run
– Short track session
Bike – Choice of a scenic recovery ride or short intense climbs
Swim – Open Water Skills swim

ALL INCLUSIVE TRIP PRICE – $1,500

HOW DO I TRAVEL TO ROBBINSVILLE, NC?

1) Drive – We will have a Facebook page in early April so you can all meet each other and see if carpooling and caravanning is an option.  We like Robbinsville because it is nestled in the mountains with very light traffic.
2) Fly to TYS – There will be a shuttle on Thursday morning from the airport & airport hotels.  There are direct flights from Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis,NYC, Orlando, Philly, Washington DC, and a few more.
